•    Introduction to the major body systems

Teaching practice

•    How to teach the basic postures and breathing exercises to beginners and intermediate students
•    Detailed correction workshops
•    In the second half of the training course, participants will teach each other under the guidance of an experienced instructor

Bhagavad Gita. Study of both the text and the commentary of this classical yoga scripture.

Teacher Certification

After careful assessment of performance, those students that meet the requirements for successful completion will receive certification from Sparsh Yoga Bangalore as an independent teacher. For certified teachers, postā€training support will be provided by us on various levels. A continuing training process may be required for teachers to maintain their certification on an ongoing basis.
